Create a graphic object from a type

Create an instance of an object from a predefined graphic object type or a custom graphic object type.

  1. In Project view, in UI, double-click the container to contain the object.

The container opens in the editor.

  2. From Type view, select the folders to navigate to the object type and then and drag the object to the editor.
Tip: You can also right-click a container in Project view and select the object to add from the New context menu.
An instance of the object is added to the container. If you add more instances of the same object to the same container, the object name is appended with an increment number.

Edit graphic object properties.
