Alarm variables

Each alarm type has variables that you can dynamically link to the property of a graphic element. When the configured level for a graphic object is reached and the alarm occurs, the graphic object displays the value or message of the configured alarm.

For example, you can create a digital alarm and link the Active property of a graphic object such as a light-emitting diode (LED) to the Active variable of the digital alarm. When the alarm becomes active, the LED turns on.

Available variables depend on alarm type.
