Remove a user from a group or role

Remove a user from a group or role to no longer have that user assigned to the associated rights and privileges.

  1. In the main toolbar, select Open dashboard page and then select Manage users and groups.
  2. To remove a user from a group or role, on the dashboard page, either:
    • Under Users, select a user, select Assign to groups or roles, and then clear the selected group or role.
    • Under Groups, select a group, select Assign to users or roles, and then clear the selected user or role.
  3. Select Apply.
  4. Select Exit.
