Output pane

The Output pane contains columns of message information and buttons to perform tasks on the Output pane. By default, the Output pane displays errors of minimum and maximum severity and information messages. Enable Advanced mode to display information in the Output pane.

Select the arrow in the column heading to display the messages in ascending or descending order. Message columns support filtering.

Column	Description
Message security level	Maximum severity message Minimum severity message Information message
Code	Message ID code. This code is for predefined messages only.
Timestamp	The time the message was logged.
Category	The category of the FactoryTalk Optix Platform message or module that generated the message.
Object	Any element referenced by the message.
Message	The content of the message.

Item	Description
	Display or hide error messages of maximum severity.
	Display or hide error messages of minimum severity.
	Display or hide information messages.
	Display or hide first level verbose messages for troubleshooting.
	Display or hide second level verbose message for troubleshooting.
	Open the output logs folder. For more information, see System log.
	Delete all messages from the Output pane, regardless of the selected display. Messages are not deleted from log files.
