User authentication
A version control provider identity is required to authenticate yourself as a FactoryTalk Optix user. Without a version control provider identity, you cannot push saved and committed changes in a shared project to the remote repository. Add your version control provider identity through FactoryTalk Optix Options, or authenticate yourself when you attempt to push changes to the remote repository.
