Configure the trusted certificates at runtime

Configure a server or client certificate rejected at runtime as a trusted certificate.

You can move the certificate in the following ways:

  • Manually, by using Windows Explorer on a Windows target only.

  • Remotely, by using FactoryTalk Remote Access.

  • By using the same application.

From ApplicationFiles/PKI/Rejected, move the certificate to ProjectFiles/PKI/Trusted/Certs.
After a few seconds, the certificate is considered trusted without the need to restart the FTOptixApplications.
