  4. 4. Expand the AuditSigning1 folder and select AuditDialogBox.
  5. 5. In the Properties pane, create a dynamic link between the Users property and ProjectName > Security > Users.

For more information about dynamic links, see Create dynamic links.

  6. In the Project view pane, select SigningController.
  7. In the Properties pane:
    1. Add users and groups allowed to sign and double sign.
    2. Select the default workflow type.
  8. In the Project view pane, select the variable.
Tip: For example, if you want to trigger an electronic signature workflow when a user changes the value of a linear gauge, configure the variable object associated with the gauge value.

For more information, see Audit signing reference.

  9. In the Properties pane, at the top, select Add and select AuditSigning Signature.
  10. (optional) Configure the default audit signing settings by selecting a workflow type and adding users and groups who can complete the workflow.
Tip: The default audit signing settings are inherited from the SigningController object.
  11. Repeat 1 through 10 for each variable that you want to trigger the electronic signature for.
