Audit signing reference

Configure an electronic signature workflow by setting the SigningController and AuditSigning Signature properties.

SigningController object

The SigningController object specifies the default settings for electronic signature workflows.

Table 1. SigningController properties

Users Allowed To Sign	Users authorized to complete a sign workflow.
Groups Allowed To Sign	Groups authorized to complete a sign workflow.
Users Allowed to Double Sign	Users authorized to act as a second user in a double sign workflow.
Groups Allowed To Double Sign	Groups authorized to act as a second user in a double sign workflow.
DefaultWorkflowType	The default electronic signature workflow type. ConfirmWorkflow Require the user to select Confirm. SignWorkflow Require the user to authenticate their credentials and select Confirm. DoubleSignWorkflow Require two users to authenticate their credentials and select Confirm.

AuditSigning Signature property

You associate the AuditSigning Signature property with a variable to trigger an electronic signature workflow when the variable value changes. The configuration of AuditSigning Signature overwrites the default configuration of SigningController.
