Develop buttons for closing and shutting down

Create buttons that close the FactoryTalk Optix Application and shut down the host system.

Important: Pressing Shut down system immediately shuts down the host operating system on which the FactoryTalk Optix Application runs.

Prerequisites

Create a project.

To develop the project
  1. Create a button that closes the application.
  2. Develop a NetLogic that shuts down the host system.
  3. Create a button that shuts down the host system.
  4. Arrange the interface elements.
  5. Save the project.
